Is this business decision an attempt to encourage independent campus stores to transition to Follett management?  

Follett Higher Education is a proud supporter of, and advocate for, the campus store industry and the teams who are dedicated to supporting students throughout their academic career. We believe campuses know the needs of their students best and should maintain the autonomy to decide how they want to manage their campus store operations.

Who does Willo recommend we work with moving forward? 

There are several providers in the marketplace capable of powering the technology to support digital course materials delivery and Access programs. We are not able to recommend a specific partner but encourage you to contact the National Association of College Stores (NACS), the Independent College Bookstore Association (ICBA), or Campus Stores Canada (CSC) to discuss options. 

Will my students be impacted by this business transition? 

Students at Willo customer campuses will retain access to their digital course materials throughout the Fall term or until their purchased licenses expire. 

When will students lose access to content? 

Students at impacted institutions will retain access to their digital course materials throughout the Fall term or until their purchased licenses expire.
